Critique 3

I see a cup with a shadow. The elements and principles of design used were blending and smearing the pencil. The message is to show that the light is hitting the cup and making a shadow behind it. The artist used circles, squares and flat.I used dark gray and white and light gray. There were some mid tones. I feel like i followed all of the directions to this assignments.

Critique 2

Here we see a Greek pot made with modeling clay and painted with acrylic paints. The elements used here were swirls and clay. The message of this picture is the Greeks had beautiful pottery and it was very difficult to make which makes me appreciate it more because like I said, it's not easy haha. The artist made the shapes good. I couldn't blend anything because it was with clay. I did not use pure black to pure white for this project. I followed the assignments directions to a T.

CRITIQUE

For my art class we were asked to critique our own artwork, so, here is my drawing of a Egyptian Pharaoh. The elements and designs in this drawing are rectangles, and triangles and lines. You can see texture in the face by the cheek bones. The message in this drawing is a Egyptian Pharaoh in all of his nice jewelry and his Egyptian headdress. The artist used different shapes. They used rectangles, triangles, ovals, and chevron. The artist used a marker so they couldn't really blend their colors but they did use pure black and pure white. The artist followed the assignment directions perfectly. 

Pictures from my plane ride home from Cali!!

So very recently like a few days ago, I went to California for my older sister's graduation from PA school. On the plane ride home I saw this beautiful sunset and so of course I had to take a picture of it. I just thought it was gorgeous and I felt like I took the pictures at the perfect time. It's just a little after dusk but not quite all the way down. :) I just love how the colors blend together and just look gorgeous. I just love how the yellow and orange blend so beautifully and then the dark blue on top.

I love taking pictures of the sunset because they are never exactly alike. They may be similar but they are never the exact same which I just love!

Anyways, something else you might not know about me is that I am SUPER weird. I am always saying weird random stuff like 99.9% of the time. It's pretty funny. I am always taking weird pictures. Here are some of those pictures.

But yea as you can see I am weirdddddd XD I love being weird because I am not the type of person to try and impress people. I want people to like me as I am. Soooooo... Yeaaa.
